ABOUT US

Millwood Elementary School strives daily to help all students develop the world class skills and life and career characteristics of the Profile of the South Carolina Graduate through a myriad of activities and programs.  We address building character, cooperation, values, and teamwork daily during our Mustang Morning Show.  We aim to have a school where parents encourage school attendance, good homework habits, and excellent behavior.  We strive for a safe and supportive environment across the entire day–whether it is on the playground, on the bus, in the hallways, or in the cafeteria.

Millwood Elementary is a place where children learn today and lead tomorrow. Our success is a result of strategies that meet the needs of all students through hands-on, relevant learning opportunities.  Our dedicated staff works diligently to provide students–through rigorous standards and technology–with academic and social experiences which empower them to achieve their fullest potential and be prepared for tomorrow’s world.
